  • Patient position : Supine position
  1. 1% or 2% lidocaine을 이용해 penile root의 11와 1시방향에 penile block을 시행
  2. Coronal sulcus level과 prepuce를 retraction 해서 glans edge로부터 0.5~1cm 정도 떨어진곳에 incision을 시행
  3. 두 incision 간의 피부층을 knife나 scissor 혹은 electrocautery를 이용해 박리
  4. Dartos layer가 나오면 bleeding point를 5-0흡수사나 electrocautery를 이용해 지혈
  5. 5-0흡수사를 이용해 penile shaft의 skin을 12시, 6시 방향을 봉합하고 3시, 9시 방향을 봉합한뒤 1시,2시, 4시,5시, 7시,8시, 10시,11시 방향을 봉합함.
