 A   Permethrin 1% 로션을 목에서 발끝까지 피부 전체에 바른 후 8-14시간 후에 씻어낸다.
 A   Lindane 1% 로션 또는 크림을 피부를 건조하게 한 다음 목에서 발끝까지 피부 전체에 바른 후 8시간 후에 씻어낸다.
 A   Crotamiton 10% 연고를2일 동안 밤마다 도포 후 마지막으로 도포한 지 24시간 후에 씻어낸다.

*치료시 환자에게 약물의 사용법 및 용량에 대한 알기 쉬운 설명서를 제공해야 한다.

*약물은 모든 굽힘부위, 샅, 배꼽, 외성기 그리고 손발톱 아래의 피부를 포함한 모든 목아래 피부에 도포하여야 한다.

*안면부피부 도포는 논란의 여지가 있으나, 영유아의 경우는 모유 수유에 의하여 전염될 수 있으므로 안면피부에도 도포한다.

*환자본인이 약물을 도포하는 경우 약물 도포 후 손은 씻지 않으며 타인이 도포하는 경우 반드시 일회용 장갑을 착용 후 도포하도록 한다.
