  • 임균 직장감염은 요도 또는 자궁경부내막 감염과 동일하게 치료한다.[1][2](근거수준 4)
D   임균 직장감염에서는ceftriaxone 500mg 또는 1g 정맥 또는 근육주사 단회+ azithromycin 1g 경구 단회요법이 권장된다.
D   임균직장 감염의대체요법으로 spectinomycin 2g 근육주사 단회 + azithromycin 1g 경구 단회 요법이권장된다.
