장기 추적관찰 임균감염증

  • 임균 감염이 있는 모든 사람들은 재감염의 위험이 높기 때문에 치료 후 3-6개월 경에 반복검사를 받아야 한다.[1][2][3][4](근거수준 1)
A   장기 추적검사는 3-6개월 경에 시행하도록 권장되며, 성 파트너가 바뀌었을 경우는 더 앞당겨 질 수 있다. 

 치료종료 3개월 후 HIV, 매독, B형 간염에 대한 혈청학적 검사를 시행한다.
