아침 기상 후 첫 소변 또는 배뇨 후 2-4시간 경과 후 배뇨 앞부분 소변 검체 필요
- Urine Analysis (> 10 WBC/HPF)
- Gram stain/culture
- PCR (Gonococcal urethritis, Non-gonococcal urethritis, Trichomoniasis)
- Serological test (Treponemal test: FTA-ABS, MHA-TP, TPHA; Non-treponemal test: VDRL, RPR-syphilis)
